“THE CATHOLIC WOMAN“: E-MAGAZINE
It is designed to be a digital quarterly publication of the Catholic Women Organisation Nigeria, Lagos Archdiocese (CWONLA), Lekki Deanery. This is its maiden edition.
The core aim and objective of the Magazine is Evangelisation. Before ascending to heaven, Jesus Christ gave the Great Commission to His disciples: “Go therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit; and teach them to observe all I have commanded you: I am with you always, even to the end of the world.” Matt. 28:19, 20, Christian Community Bible ( Pastoral Edition).
A Digital magazine is an aspect of social media that has been employed by evangelising persons in carrying out the great commission of the Church. It has proven to be an effective tool for evangelization. It helps in building up members of the Organisation, and all persons who will access the contents of the magazine physically and spiritually. Its engaging contents will promote growth.
CWONLA Lekki Deanery in her resolve to continue helping the Church in carrying out the great commission will use this medium to evangelize and win souls for Christ by featuring the following and more:
– Christian articles with rich Spiritual Zest.
– Engaging articles on issues of love and life with the aim of proffering solutions to the different situations that confront us as humans.
– For shared articles, responses, feedbacks and contributions from readers are welcome.
– Articles that will minister to the the Young Generation Z and Alpha.
– Interviews with personalities who have diligently served God and humanity, and made great impact on the growth of the Church through their services in the Catholic Women Organisation. They will be sharing their experiences with the younger generation through this media.
– Photos of current relevant noteworthy events and activities of CWO from across the nation and around the world.
– Articles on Raising Christian and Catholic children.
– Special Column dedicated to awareness campaign against broadcasting Xrated content on social media by mobile telephone networks Operators in Nigeria.
– Articles on Entrepreneurial development for the female gender and the need to train our children to aquire life skills.

– Each edition of the Magazine, God willing, promises to be Christo – centric for the People.
– It will be a cosmopolitan magazine for mission, featuring valuable content: stories, photos of current relevant noteworthy events and activities of CWO from across the nation and around the world; involving feedbacks, building an audience, and a community for Christ.
